Declaration
All employees involved in ONETECH's testing activities will understand the importance of equity in conducting test work at international accredited testing institutes and designated testing laboratories, and will make the best efforts to manage conflicts of interest and enhance trust, and declare the following to ensure equity and independence in testing work.
- 01. Trust and execute fairly on test activities, and management ensures equity.
- 02. Responsible for the impartiality of test activities and shall not allow any commercial, financial or other pressures to require any entertainment, money, gifts or other benefits, or to impede the impartiality of test activities.
- 03. In the event that an external organization that conducts contracted testing acts in violation of fair business practices, the contracted testing contract is terminated immediately. As a rule, external organizations that perform test activities with internal personnel and outsourced test tasks do not provide technical advice related to tests to customers, design, manufacture, installation, distribution, or management of specimens.
- 04. Responsible for protecting the client's confidentiality and property rights acquired in connection with the testing activities and shall not make meetings or proposals to the client in connection with the activities of the characteristic organization providing technical advice.
- 05. Seek ways to continuously identify, minimize, or eliminate all hazards to equity that may arise from our testing activities, relationships, and personnel.
