The Efficiency Management System is a three major programs of the Standby Power Reduction Program, Energy Consumption Efficiency Rating Labeling System, and High Efficiency Energy Equipment Certification System operated by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Energy Management Corporation to improve the efficiency of devices that use energy and to increase the dissemination of high-efficiency products.
